Emergency glasses

Life doesn’t always go according to plan, and neither do our eyeglasses. Whether your glasses have been damaged, lost, or misplaced, we're here to provide you with emergency glasses to help you see clearly and confidently, even in unexpected situations. Please note that restrictions may apply, but our priority remains delivering swift solutions when you need them most.

What are emergency glasses?

Emergency glasses are a quick and convenient solution for individuals who find themselves without their regular eyewear due to unforeseen circumstances. Whether you’ve broken your glasses, lost them during travel, or simply forgot them at home, our emergency glasses service ensures that you have a temporary pair of glasses to rely on until you can replace or repair your primary pair.

Restrictions may apply

While we strive to accommodate all urgent eyewear needs, please be aware that certain restrictions may apply to our emergency glasses service. These restrictions may include:

Limited prescription availability: Emergency glasses are typically available with a limited range of prescriptions and lens options. We prioritise providing basic vision correction to meet immediate needs, with more complex prescriptions subject to availability.

Temporary solutions: Emergency glasses are intended as temporary solutions to help you maintain clear vision until you can access your regular eyewear. They may not have all the features or customization options of your primary glasses.

Subject to availability: Our ability to provide emergency glasses may be subject to availability of frames, lenses, and other resources. While we strive to fulfil all urgent requests promptly, there may be instances where we are unable to accommodate specific needs immediately.

Why choose us for emergency glasses?

Swift turnaround: We understand the urgency of your situation and prioritize quick turnaround times for emergency glasses. Our goal is to provide you with a temporary solution as soon as possible, so you can resume your daily activities with confidence.

Quality craftsmanship: Despite being temporary solutions, our emergency glasses are crafted with the same attention to detail and quality standards as our regular eyewear. We use durable materials and precision lenses to ensure optimal comfort and vision clarity.

Expert guidance: Our experienced opticians are here to guide you through the process of selecting emergency glasses that best suit your needs and preferences. We’ll work with you to find the most suitable option available within the constraints of your situation.
